You’ve researched baby products, created the registry, and prepared the nursery, but have you planned for your labor and postpartum experience? We offer a range of classes to suit your family’s needs. Most of our classes are taught in a private, in-home setting. Here’s what we offer: Preparing for Birth (all your options, no matter where or how you wish to birth), Hypnobirthing Workshop, Comfort Measures for Labor, Sibling Preparation, Breastfeeding 101, and Newborn Care. LABOR DOULA

Our Certified Labor Doulas are with you through pregnancy, labor & delivery, and early postpartum. We believe that continuity of care is key in helping you have a positive birth experience. We offer non-judgmental support, education, strategic positioning, comfort techniques, warm towels, cold rags, back massages, ice cold water from a straw, a break for your partner, breastfeeding support… pretty much anything (non-medical)!
